Returning to the origins with the familiar and beloved taste of Baguettos
It all started at the age of 13, when I entered Baguettos for the first time to work during the holidays as a dishwasher. The temporary job became permanent, and I settled there, at the same time as my studies, for at least four years. Of course, I progressed over time to a bar, a grill and even to managing the restaurant. Before enlisting and while in the army, I worked in a variety of other places and managed kitchens, one of the largest in the city, and outside.
I built myself a team that moved with me from place to place whenever it was time to move on to the next thing. At the same time as I left Baguettos and worked in other places, the place was sold again and again until it closed. Which made me and a lot of people from Ashdod feel a twinge in the heart, since it was the oldest and best known food establishment in Ashdod. After years of professionalizing and doing for others I felt that this was our moment to stand up. I decided to return to the natural place for me and revive the brand that was so loved, only in my own way. I took with me my team and my sister Hodaya, who is an integral part of the formation, and we returned Baguettos again, in its original location! We built a more accessible menu for the period, while maintaining the nostalgic and beloved taste. We have established a place with winning taste and service. Today we already have two branches, preparing to open another branch and planning several more in the future.
